XML Event Capture

This page enables you to learn and use HTTP.POST /events and its relevant interface.

Method Name	Description
HTTP.POST /events (application/xml)	This service allows you to capture your 'single' event into your backend storage Method: POST Request headers: key: GS1-EPCIS-Version, value: 2.0.0 key: GS1-CBV-Version, value: 2.0.0 Request body: application/xml, complying with EPCIS v2.0 XML Schema Response status: 201 (Created) or 4xx Response headers (201 case): key: GS1-EPCIS-Version, value: 2.0.0 key: GS1-CBV-Version, value: 2.0.0 key: Location, value: value: a URL for tracking the event Response headers (4xx case): Response body: application/xml, an exception defined in the schema How to use: Load an example in a dropdown menu or Copy/paste your own EPCIS document into a textbox See the validation result against EPCISDocument schema You can even capture the valid document by clicking a capture button The exclamation mark on the right side of the capture status let you see the exception details.

How to use:

Load an example in a dropdown menu or Copy/paste your own EPCIS document into a textbox
See the validation result against EPCISDocument schema
You can even capture the valid document by clicking a capture button
The exclamation mark on the right side of the capture status let you see the exception details.
